1. Services
Tipz By Lexx Nail Studio provides nail care and related beauty services. All services are provided by licensed professionals. Results may vary depending on individual nail condition, lifestyle, and aftercare.
2. Appointments & Bookings
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
A valid phone number and/or email may be required to secure a booking.
Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including but not limited to safety, hygiene concerns, or inappropriate behavior.
3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations will be required to pay 50 % of total services booked, and no shows will be required to pay 100% of total services booked. Full payment will be required to be able to rebook or be serviced again in future.
You are allowed one reschedule within the same calendar month. Rebooking in another month will require 50% of total service to be paid before rebooking
Arriving late may not guarantee desired service or require rescheduling.
4. Deposits & Payments
Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Payment is due at the time services are rendered.
We accept cash, debit, and credit cards.
5. Refunds & Redos
Due to the nature of beauty services, all sales are final.
If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within [48–72] hours so we can assess and offer a reasonable solution at our discretion.
We do not offer refunds for services already performed.
6. Health & Safety
Clients must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, nail infections, or sensitivities prior to service.
For safety reasons, we may decline service if there are signs of infection, fungus, or other conditions that could pose a risk.
Tipz By Lexx is not responsible for reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions.
7. Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items while on the premises. Please keep valuables with you at all times.
8. Website Use
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Tipz By Lexx and may not be copied or used without permission.
You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its operation.
9. Privacy
